3 & 4 mile INSIDE runs

The past two evenings it's been raining - totally not complaining but since it's been dark and wet, I opted for the treadmill to avoid falling again.

Monday night I did:
5 min warm up @ 6.5 - 9:13
then 7 intervals (60 seconds) @ 7.8 - 7:41
with 90 seconds recovery at 6.8 - 8:47

It felt great (I think the first interval was actually 7:50 but sped up after)
3 miles - 25:44 - 8:34 pace

Tuesday I did:
4.03 miles - 35:52 - 8:54 pace
I started at 6.5 for about a mile then sped up to 9, 8:54 then 8:41 - Decent run, my knee still isn't the best. I wanted to run 5 miles but didn't want to push myself.
