Tonight I went to the gym to do some intervals on the treadmill then a little stair climb work.
Run:
5 min warm up @ 8:57
6 intervals @ 7:30 for 90 seconds followed by
90 second recoveries @ 8:40
then I finished off the run at 8:40
3 miles - 24:47 - 8:15 pace - I think it's crazy how 7:30 didn't feel that bad. My legs were tired by the last interval but it felt good tired.
Stair climber - I did 10 minutes and climbed 40 floors - I think I was only on level 6 I couldn't tell! I used a different machine this week so I was clueless.
