25:17, 8:22 pace
My parents took the girls to lunch after we had gotten home from church. They stopped by to met a piano mover! They bought the girls a used piano for Christmas so it was delivered this morning. And so I ended up with about an hour of 'nothing' to do...so of course I grabbed my running gear and headed out the door to squeeze in a run. I loved having two runs this weekend!
and why is MMR not recording my splits! So annoying, think they were like 8:15, 8:20, 8:25...I'll guess...although that last .5 miles I really kicked it up, I wanted to see my pace!!
