It was so nice to run in the chilly fall weather! Loved it! But running after a pint of Abbey Ale from Flossmoor Brewery isn't the best idea :)

3.87 miles
I was able to squeeze in a trail run this afternoon. The kids, dogs and fil/C took a walk while I ran. I caught up with them at 3.87 miles and ended the run there even though I wanted to run farther. Hopefully I will in the morning
