5 miles

Tonight I ran 5 miles at the gym. Warmed up at 8:57 then after about .75 miles kicked up to 8:34 then the last 1.25 miles ran 8:20

42:50, 8:34 pace

Felt great. Now I'm nice and tired. Ready for a hot shower and hopping in bed to continue reading "the perks of a wallflower"
