6 miles in the country

Another great run at the summer house. I wish I could have ran longer but we had to pack up and head home. The roads were a bit slippery still from all the rain but it was chilly and breezy and hilly and a good run!

I was tired at first so I told myself to start slow. I also want to try to slow down since next year I will be training for the full. So I want to start to feel what it's like to go slower. I always feel when I start slower I can kick it at the end. When I know i'm doing a short run I will just push it the whole time.
