Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Slow cooker chicken taco soup

1-2 lbs chicken breast (frozen)
1 - can black bean - rinsed
1 - can red kideny beans - rinsed
1 sm can diced tomatoes
1 sm can tomato sauce
taco seasoning (I used 1/4 of the TJ packet b/c it's spicy) low sodium
1 chopped onion
12 oz chicken stock - unsalted
1/2 package frozen corn

1. Mix taco season, all cans and onions in slow cooker. Place chicken on top and make sure it's covered by liquid. Cook on low all day until chicken falls apart. Add in corn about 30 minutes before serving keeping cooker on low heat or keep warm setting.
2. Shred up chicken and serve with broken tortillas on top, avocados, cheese, whatever else you desire!
