I snuck in a short 3 mile run this afternoon.

splits 9:13, 8:34, 8:13 - took me a bit to warm up!
c took the kids to the nature preserves so I was able to have a little run alone. It was nice. Then I did my pilates/core stuff for a bit. Working on the tummy!
