5.32 a detoxing relief

After one too many Christmas cookies, many drinks of ale and a late night after 8:00 pm snack, this run felt like a mini detox. It was good to sweat away (or at least in mind) some of these extra calories. I feel my waist bloating a bit and know that is for two reasons.

I started out at an easy pace and basically did a 3/1 type of run (first 2/3 slow then last 1/3 at a faster pace).
