Last night was really a 'rest' night but I wanted to go to the gym. So I ran 1.10 miles and felt so tired. I said screw the running part...I did weights and abs instead for about 20 minutes.
Tonight I ran 5 miles 43:36 8:41 pace - uneventful, warmed up at 9:05 then ended up running at 8:27. It's hard to run on the treadmill as when I run outside I run fast/slow with the peaks and valleys. But I am thankful for the gym on darks winter night where I can at least get my miles in
