pilates

I just realized I never post when I do Pilates. I try to do it once or twice a week -  mostly to strengthen my core. Tonight was an off  night on running so I did a 30 min pilates work out. I enjoy it because it stretches me (I never stretch before or after running) and it helps my posture. I wish I had more time to do it but there is only so much time in a day!
