quick 4

I was able to sneak to the gym during nap time today since C was home. It was nice to get it out of the way. I was going to run outside but with the wind chills of -5, I opted not to. So I ran at the gym

4 miles 800m repeats (8:00, 7:47 then 7:30) with recoveries at pace 9:13, 8:57. Felt good to push that 7:30 for half a mile...I need to do this more and try faster repeats. worked up a sweat!
