I totally wasn't going to go for a run tonight...but I'm so glad I made myself go. The hardest part sometimes is just getting out the front door. I had a really nice, easy run. Started at 9:13 then ran 8:24.
4.3 38:08 - no pains...rolling and ice here I come!
