My longest run in awhile and it felt good! The first few miles were tough but then I got into my groove and just waited for the ITBS to kick in. It didn't...until right at mile 8. But I felt good during the entire run and truly feel I am on the mend!
Decided to just do the Half Marathon in Toledo instead of stressing out about doing the Full.So this next week I will do my runs, running group then try to do a 12 miler next weekend.I don't want all y marathon training to be for nothing. I am just happy I can run again without that awful knee locking pain.
