3.19

Last night I joined the running group. I went for just a 3 miler, I ran with the first group again which is the 'faster' group and again was the only girl. I ran back to catch up with my neighbor then we ran to the bar. It was a fun night, beer and talking about running! haha I felt fine again. So maybe I will just keep my runs to these short 3, 4 and 5 runs? Not sure.

I am thinking of trying an acupunturists that another running friend SWEARS by. I figure why not give it a try. I will take tonight off and do strength and yoga.

splits were around 8:50, 8:30, 8:30 - so a nice run!
