I feel a cold coming on...I did have a late night out with my mom last night but I still don't feel right today. I went to the gym and barely pulled out a 2 mile run. I was all over the place, running 9:13, up to 7:30 then doing some inclines. I just wanted to be done.
Then I headed over to the stair climber to test the waters for our Tower Up climb next month. I did 15 minutes from levels 8-10 and climbed 73 floors, 1.58 miles. My HR was UP, I could feel it! My legs were fine. I could not get used to the climber as it's so different than running. But i did like the variety so I think I will add this in during my gym runs.
