Being Halloween, I wasn't sure I would be running today. But, with my mom visiting this afternoon and C getting home early to take the girls trick or treating with us, we found ourselves a babysitter for a few hours! So we went for a short 3 mile run. We went slow, I paced with C and I haven't run at this slower pace in awhile. It felt good.
3.07 miles, 9:29 pace, 29:30
I felt like I could run all day at this pace....I think this will hopefully be my full marathon pace :)
