I was so eager to run tonight. But once I hopped onto the treadmill at the gym I just wasn't into it. I felt sluggish, tired, heavy... I told myself to at least do 2 miles but then listened to two more songs to get me to 3 miles. Glad it's over and boy did I work up a sweat.
