3 chilly miles and some protein

A jumped into our bed at 5:45am - and I thought what a GREAT way to get my a$$ out of bed for a morning run. It was chilly, in the low 30's and I wore my new Lululemon ear band - toasty! Run was good, I was able to get the GPS working on Runkeeper. I some how had it on a setting that constantly told me my time, pace, etc which blocked my music from playing, so I stopped at .12 mile and readjusted settings....I still don't understand how it works but it was nice to see my splits right away.

When I came home I had greek yogurt, honey, frozen blueberries and a scoop of Protein Powder - yum! My husband uses it and swears by it so I thought I'd try some. I did ab sets last night and hoping to get a longish run in this weekend.
