Wednesday - ran intervals - 5 minute warm-up @ 9:05
6 - 90 second intervals @ 7:30 with 90 second recovery @ 8:34
2 minutes @ 8:27 Felt Good
No snacking at night - down 1 lb from Monday's weigh in
