This is a no brainer I know...but I find myself not eating breakfast, snacking a little all day (feeling like I am controlling my eating) and then eating a good dinner....then when I run at night I come home and snack. This doesn't sound balanced does it...starve all day then gorge at night? Maybe THIS is why I can't get rid of my 'extra' tummy layer.
So starting this week, I have been eating breakfast (protein/fruit) and I don't have that starving feel....so when it's lunch time I'm ready to eat a sensible lunch then sensible dinner and I have given myself the rule of NO snacking after 8pm. Green tea is OK...but nothing else after that.
We will see....I will give myself 3 weeks to see if I make any progress in the tummy area...I'm adding in strength to my workouts so hopefully I will see a difference!
