I was scheduled to do 5 but I felt so darn good running, I kept going. Plus I know I won't be able to do my 3 m run tomorrow. So instead I added a mile tonight to do a short 2m Friday with jogging stroller.
My pace run tonight felt great. I started out at 8:57 and kept it around 8:49 then 8:41.
6 miles 8:49 52:56
Now can I hold that for 20 more miles?!?!
