Lentil Kale Sausage Stew
The changes I made where the following:
1. Used Italian Chicken Sausage - diced it up
2. Used Tuscan Kale from Trader Joe's, ready to go bag
3. Used low sodium chicken stock, and a little water to make it a stew, not a soup
4. Used red peppers instead
5. Added Curry Powder since we like that flavor on kale
6. Served warm Naan on the side
