I tried something new - went to bed early and got up early enough to run before C left for work! It was nice. I normally really enjoy my evening runs, but with the darkness coming quicker and bedtimes a little later, my evenings are so rushed. We will see, and it's nice to have the run out of the way leaving more room for strength workouts tonight.

57 degrees out - I love this weather. I dressed like I would in 80 degree weather and I do great. I work up such a sweat that I don't need long sleeves. I saw another runner bundled up and was thinking "isn't he hot??"
