This is the road that runs past our house with round lake at the end.
My last LR before the race. C followed me on his bike. I only did 7.48 miles as I like to taper a bit but also the hills are much steeper.

No music, just ran to the sound of the birds, my feet hitting the pavement, my breathing and talking to C.
We did a nice loop around big crooked lake then another big loop around my aunts house where we were married.
Now for coffee, eggs and peanut butter pancakes.
