Since the weather has been so 'springlike', I took the chance to run after church this afternoon. Just a 4 miler, felt good, felt slower which is fine since I had a long run yesterday. Was a nice, easy paced run...just what I needed to burn some calories and add miles to the week!
Not all runs have to be fast, tempo, hard runs....otherwise it takes the joy away from running
